These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ProofSelf, operated by Jorge Pintos Quisama, based in Somose Hegn 6, 2750 Ballerup, Denmark. By creating an account or using ProofSelf, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ProofSelf. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is not permitted.
You retain ownership of the videos you submit to ProofSelf. By submitting a proof video, you grant Jorge Pintos Quisama, operating as ProofSelf, a limited, non exclusive license to store, process, compress, and add the ProofSelf overlay to your video for the purpose of providing the service. This license ends when your content is deleted (either by the automatic retention window or by account deletion).
You are solely responsible for the content of your videos. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
Your 5 are small accountability groups of up to 5 members within ProofSelf. By joining a group, you agree that your proofs, including metadata and video, will be visible to the other members of your group. Your Intro Story can be hidden from your groups at any time from within the app.
ProofSelf offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Free tier proofs are automatically deleted after 3 rolling days. This is a core feature of the service, not a defect. Pro proofs are stored permanently while your subscription is active.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by purchasing a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that the digital service begins immediately upon purchase confirmation. You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. We may review reported content to enforce these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.
ProofSelf is a personal transformation program. It does not provide medical, psychological, tax, legal, financial, fitness, or any other professional advice. The identity paths and associated standards are for personal development and accountability purposes only. Some standards encourage you to engage with the structure of your business, your taxes, or your legal setup. This is not advice. Consult a qualified professional in your country for guidance specific to your situation, health, finances, or wellbeing.
The ProofSelf name, logo, overlay design, and application code are the property of Jorge Pintos Quisama. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without written permission. Videos you export with the ProofSelf overlay may be shared on social media platforms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ProofSelf is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from using ProofSelf.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jorge Pintos Quisama, operating as ProofSelf, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ProofSelf. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of ProofSelf after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
